Arisu, Karube, and Segawa find themselves transported to a luxurious apartment complex where they are greeted by a mysterious voice that tells them they must participate in a game called "The Pool in the Sky." In this game, they must swim across a pool that is suspended in the air, with nothing but a thin wire to hold onto.

The stakes are high, as falling off the wire means certain death. Arisu and his friends manage to make it to the other side, but not without facing several obstacles and losing some of their fellow players along the way.

After the game, they encounter a new player named Chishiya (Ayame Misaki), who seems to be a master of strategy. They also encounter a group of players who are part of a larger organization called "The Family," who are rumored to control the games.

Episode 3 - The Twins

Arisu, Karube, and Segawa are transported to a creepy mansion where they are informed that they must participate in a game called "The Twins." In this game, they are paired with a partner and must work together to solve a series of puzzles. The twist? They are paired with their doppelgangers from another dimension.

Arisu is paired with his double, Arisu Prime (also played by Kento Yamazaki), who seems to be his polar opposite in terms of personality. The game takes a dark turn when they realize that winning means killing their doppelgangers.

Arisu and Arisu Prime manage to work together and win the game, but not before facing several challenges and losing some of their fellow players along the way.

Episode 4 - The Choice

Arisu, Karube, and Segawa find themselves transported to a deserted shopping mall where they are informed that they must participate in a game called "The Choice." In this game, they are given a choice between two doors, one of which leads to safety and the other to certain death.
