Introduction

Ant-Man and the Wasp is a superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same name. The film was released in 2018, and it is a sequel to the 2015 film Ant-Man. Plot

Janet was Hope's mother, who was lost in the quantum realm decades ago. Hope has become the Wasp and has a suit that has similar abilities to Scott's Ant-Man suit.

However, their project is hindered by the arrival of a new villain named Ghost (played by Hannah John-Kamen), who can phase through solid objects due to a quantum accident. Ghost wants to steal Pym's quantum technology to heal herself, as her body is constantly in pain due to her phasing powers.

Scott is recruited by Hope and Hank to help them retrieve some quantum material they need to complete their project. However, things take a turn for the worse when they encounter Ghost, who steals the quantum material and injures Hank.

Scott then decides to contact his old partner, Luis, to help them find Ghost. They discover that Ghost's real name is Ava Starr and that she was experimented on as a child by her father, who was working with Hank Pym at the time.

Scott, Hope, and Hank then devise a plan to rescue Janet from the quantum realm. They build a new quantum tunnel that can transport them into the realm and back. However, the FBI, led by Agent Jimmy Woo (played by Randall Park), is hot on their trail, and they must avoid getting caught.

The team successfully enters the quantum realm and finds Janet, but they are then ambushed by Ghost and her father, who want to use the tunnel to heal her. However, Janet uses her quantum powers to help Ghost, and she is able to stabilize her phasing powers. Janet then returns with the team back to the real world, and they use the quantum energy to help heal Ava.

In the end, Scott is able to finish his house arrest, and he reunites with Cassie. Hope and Hank decide to continue working together as the Ant-Man and the Wasp, and they plan to go on more adventures in the future.

Scott Lang/Ant-Man

Scott Lang is a former thief who becomes Ant-Man after stealing Hank Pym's suit. He has the ability to shrink in size and also increase his strength. He is under house arrest at the beginning of the film but is recruited by Hope and Hank to help them with their project. Scott is a devoted father to his daughter, Cassie, and his relationship with her is an essential aspect of the film.

Hope van Dyne/The Wasp

Hope van Dyne is Hank Pym's daughter and Janet van Dyne's daughter. She becomes the Wasp and has a suit that gives her the ability to shrink.
