Meet Vikrant Khanna (Ajay Devgan), a very cocky middle-aged pilot who is in his late 30s but bets for his friend’s luxurious car when he gets a girl by his side in a Dubai pub Is. He parties all night, drinks alcohol and drives the same evening to reach home by flight. He holds a cigarette in his mouth in a non-smoker area, only to say “lit or not” to those around him.
How do you show that your character is arrogant? Ignoring the world around him, take him to the airport wearing goggles and earphones and thus Vikrant meets his co-pilot Tanya Albuquerque (Rakul Preet). As Vikrant with Tanya flies from Dubai to Cochin, due to an impending cyclone (and his ego) he decides to go against the co-pilot’s suggestion and fly to Trivandrum. He somehow lands the plane safely but lands himself in an investigation surrounding his controversial decision. How do you get out of the Amitabh Bachchan-led probe? Well, there is something else about the film itself.
